These pictures are from a part that I cut for Sensormatic Inc. they supplied the Solid Models and the G-Code, which were produced using Pro Engineer and Pro Manufacture. I cut the parts using one of my converted Sherline 5400 Mills and Ahha Artisan.

Here is the machined part. The cracks were in the ren shape material.

Here is the machine that was used to cut these parts. It is a standard Sherline 5400 mill, a GriffTek retrofit kit, and Ahha Artisan CNC.
