I designed this fixture to be
used in production to hold a pulley assembly that has 4 flat head screws
that need to be torqued down. Our production workers were not able to
hold it while torqueing the screws so I built this fixture per their
request.
The red cover over the
pressure regulator adjustor is designed to prevent casual adjustment
without first finding a tool to remove it. Hopefully this prevents
tampering.
